Bill Streever came out last night to give us a little peek at his new book, “Heat”.

Scott Cipolla and her husband, Tom, have been working with the Museum of Science to curate art for these Author Salon’s and she invited me to bring in a few pieces from Promethean Dreams.

The talk was fascinating and Bill was a very warm and “punny” speaker. My kind of lecture! Of course, I bought the book. It has just become this weekend’s project (in between the new poster shoot for the Cambridge Collective.)

These events are apparently word of mouth affairs, so you gotta know someone to get on the list. Turn out was great, despite the drizzle, and I got to talk with some very interesting people.

This event was sponsored by the Museum of Science’s special events department and hosted by the Bocoup Loft on Congress Street in Boston.

My thanks to Scott, Tom, and Jennifer at MOS for inviting me to play. And to Bill for the great conversation and for signing my copy of “Heat”.

Like usual, my eyes are closed in this photo with Bill Streever.
